Winter Volleyball League

The Winter Volleyball League is a great way to participate in an organized and quality program. We welcome upper level recreational to competitive skill levels and recommend players have some experience playing organized team volleyball. The practice/play model leads to a low commitment and high reward as players build their confidence, practice their skills, and compete against other teams - all in one night. Get ready to take your game to the next level!

League Information

  • 3rd – 8th grade boys & girls
  • Two Seasons offered
    • players can play in both but must register for both
  • Three divisions: 3rd/4th grade (5:30 - 7:00 p.m.), 5th/6th grade (5:30 - 7:00 p.m.) and 7th/8th grade (7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.)
  • 5-match season; teams will practice for 45 minutes and play one match each night
  • Hosted at the Gold Crown Field House: 150 S. Harlan St. Lakewood, CO 80226
  • Players will be placed on team based on grade level

League Features

  • Lower net heights and volley-lites are used for the 3rd/4th & 5th/6th grade divisions
  • All practices and games held at the Gold Crown Field House: 8 volleyball courts
  • We do our best to accommodate teammate & coach requests, but we cannot always guarantee them
  • Each player will receive a Gold Crown Jersey
  • Practice plans provided for coaches
