Last Friday, we joined forces with the Denver Nuggets to host a "Focus on the Fundamentals" skills clinic to celebrate Jr. NBA Week. In collaboration with the Denver Nuggets Community Team, 120 youth basketball players came out to the Gold Crown Field House to celebrate the game of basketball and improve their game. We believe that skill work and development are still a vital part to the game of basketball, and often times get overlooked today. These Focus on the Fundamentals clinics allow Gold Crown Foundation to partner with great organizations and expose youth basketball players to the training and development they need.
What is the Jr. NBA? They are the official youth basketball partner of the NBA that encourages and supports youth basketball participation and overall experience of its participants (https://jr.nba.com/). Gold Crown Foundation is one of 15 members nationwide in the Jr. NBA Flagship Network, and we prides ourselves in setting the standard for youth basketball.
